The Concierge..deliberate C not c, is a skilled/trained/ formally trained person ( indicatif..2 crossed keys badge above pocket) who advises you/arranges your (legal) needs and etc. in a high class hotel.
The person who pulls the door is not even eating in same canteen...
Also in most hotels, by this time of night the main Concierge will not be on duty, as hid/her servis not needed, only other floor staff
