Will be at Batam for the first time, have some questions regarding booking joint.

Only read about overnight from booking joint, but are we allowed to bring the girl out in the afternoon, for example 2pm - 6pm?

How far can we bring the girl out, is it ok if our hotel is far, for example 15 mins with cab from the booking joint? I will pay for all the cab needed.
