These out-call services are not uncommon for hotel staff, so don't need to be "tactical" about it. Of course you can provide your contact details for the girl to call direct n you pick her up yourself, but typically it's easier that the girl get the hotel staff to give your room a call when she arrives, and the hotel staff will swipe the card for the elevator
