Brand new condo with not so many residents yet, because I think just TOP only. Good for drivers as the carpark is opened for all for now. I think MRT is about 8-10mins walk
Unit is of course so much better, cleaner and bigger than previous one. Personally like this new location than the previous one, will definitely RTM more
