Visited her before and heard she's leaving soon so tried booking a day before... Got a reply after over an hour, fixed appointment and even then replies were slow. Had a bad feeling and sure enough, the next day kena aeroplane. Got told a few hours before appointment time, but still sucks. Not sure if she ORD mood or not, just mystified by what's going on with her.
