Maybe she herself is the one with the ink and wrote it herself; alternatively, someone cut and paste from somewhere (e.g. novel). This is not Chinese language in normal use (apart from the last sentence "这位妹妹... 太难得了。‘’）, and I doubt if any local bro has this type of Chinese standard, not even one who studied Higher Chinese in school.
