Might be a bit late to the party bro but for your last question, you can google Seoul Barber Shope and Hwangjae. Both around Asoke area, price around 6-700 bath for 90 min package including Wash Hair, shave, Cucumber mask, trim nails, dig ear and massage. I've been to Seoul Barbershop before, not bad the service quite shiok although i feel the ear cleaning not very detailed. I've never been to Hwangjae though. I think in general the concept is like Viet hair salon style. The cucumber mask, hair wash, shave, trim nail and dig ear at the salon chair, the massage is in an open concept hall with massage bed. Loads of koreans there btw.
