Due to the overwhelming negative experiences I see and hear, I'm gonna be a monk (or a DIY monk) or even consider turning into the more expensive local scene.

I've started cheonging a few years back and those years are relatively mostly positive experiences. But lately, I have experienced more rushed services than ever before. As such, I didn't cheong lately not because of the Covid, but I'm more scared of getting poor service than getting Covid.

To the OKTs and FLs (if the message can be passed on), we're not asking you to build a brand out of your business, like LV or Prada. But look at it this way: because of the lack of service, people will avoid and you could have earned much more.
