Don't you think all Chinese nationals have to made known their location and be monitored for two weeks upon entering the country? In such situations, you will be surprise what tight limitations they are subjected to.
Just take it that there is going to be a long drought period. I won't risk it fir returning MLs or even new ones this period of time.
