These Horizon ferry ticket were given FOC to companies management in Batam for Singaporeans working and plying batam often. Must be used from SG ticket counter. Its Free but you need to pay SGD21 in singapore and SGD7.00 on Batam for port tax.
Its still worth it for some but not for others using Batam Center ferry terminal.
As for Indonesian , they can use it but still must start from Singapore to claim it. and they have to pay Rp 199,000 per voucher during the exchange in Singapore from voucher to ticket.
To those who sell it ...... just too make fast buck haiiizzz its not worth it.
