The concept of seventh ghost month is not applicable to Batam lar. Batam is Indonesian and they beleive in hantu minyak, poncong and kuntilanak.

Unless only chinese ghosts come out on the sevent month or ghosts only go out hunting only Chinese bros as applicable during that month Hehe.

Indonesian ghosts likely appear on malam Jum'at or Friday night every week, regardless any month. Well thats all I know.
