Mall Botania 2 (MB2) is located at the Botania area, nearby Mustafa Plaza. If you take Batam Centre ferry terminal as a reference point, turning right after exiting ferry terminal is the direction to head to Nagoya area. For MB2, you turn leftwards; it’s about 15-20mins away from Batam Centre ferry terminal.

It’s a real nice and big mall; officially opened on 1 Dec. Prices there seem to be cheaper than Nagoya Hill or BCS simply because it’s not expected to be frequented by tourists, but by locals. The nearest hotels are back in the Batam Centre area, eg Kaliban Hotel, Harris Hotel.

For the “hunters”, you will be happy to know that Universitas Batam (Batam University) is located very near to MB2, so you can be sure that MB2 will be frequented by lots of uni SYTs... Happy hunting...!!
