Setback is,in Batam,most newly built hotel for the 1st 6 months usually doesnt provide very good services due to their lack in manpower. They build the hotel,they didnt have the experience enough manpower numbers to run it.

The good is, everything is still new (the girls working in it too).

2 to 3 years later,price goes up and new things inside hotel start to deteriorate.

Those were my observation over the last few years in Batam.
