The rates for sunset and sunrise usually has a gap difference (and during noon time too). If you keep a look out for the exchange rate on XE rates (sunset,sunrise and noontime), you will soon realize by the time the next day morning money changer shops and XE will be lowered.
I wont be surprise it can goes up to 10600/SGD and above when its past midnight,since no one is trading rupiah in Indonesia at that hours,hehehe....

I usually take a taxi to windsor Tua Pek kong,and i just realize that its not too far away from Da Vienna Hotel and Formosa Hotel,hehehe...Vihara Budhi Bhakti Temple = Tua Pek Kong temple.
Will be heading to this temple really soon,probably 2nd or 3rd day of my trip.
