Been to Panama for a few times, it's not hard to find the infos. Just google the keywords like "adult entertainment" or "massage" and you'll see plenty.

Some suggestions though...

1. Get a car.
As those places are kind of spread out except , and to avoid getting robbed/being scammed by taxi drivers, it's a good idea to have a car.

2. Speak Spanish
No need to say more. You could get a local price instead of tourist price and it lessens the chance for you to get scammed.

Damage could range from USD $25 to $100+
25 could be in a strip club where you could ask the girls to come to your table and talk. If you wanna do anything further just make the deal with the girl and go to the room in the back. (Kinda like a gogobar in Thailand)

100 could be at a massage place where you pick the girl and do the work. As in anywhere else in the world.
