bros, any recommendation for nice money changer at harbour bay?
I walked past one that's along the stretch of shophouses opposite Swiss-bel hotel and few shops before morning bakery, it was 9870IDR on Wednesday afternoon around 4pm but I'm not sure whether they are trustworthy or not. I had learnt not to change at any airport and ferry terminal because their rates are the worst.
The arcade only gave 9700 the last time I went.
