It's not the problem of where her KTP issue.
Her last PP issued fr Ponti was a restricted one.
It only meant for her to work (as a domestic helper) in Sarawak.
The real issue is, even her PP has expired, JKT office still perceive as
she still hold that status and told her to go Ponti to settle it.
