Your question is posed incorrectly and almost impossible to answer. Sortof like asking for a hotel near SG and KL and also Medan??? When u say nightlife...u mean 'clean' or dirty nightlife?
My suggest you use google maps, and drop a Pin each place of interest. Then you can see the places you need to go and pick a convenient location. Golf courses are in Kemayoran and Senayan. Massage and 'dirty' nightlife in North Jakarta. normal clubs and high-class nightlife in South Jakarta. There is no perfect solution, your hotel will be some sort of compromise. Better to choose a hotel near your daytime activities as there will be traffic jam everywhere until 9pm.
If you just wanna Golf Kemayoran and play dirty massage/nightlife, you could stay in Manga Dua area, as it is close to the golf course and North Jakarta massage places. Tons of hotels there, Orchards and even in the mall. However it is very far to Senayan and south high-class Jakarta nightlife.
