A humble apology from OKT will probably be much appreciated but flip the fault onto customer i think thats not very professional.
And taking a look into rollypolly123 threads. Every new thread day1 have plenty of FRs. I probably starting to realise whats going on... probably 'just' probably some are fakes. After i read such wonderful FR on Hanna and i go tru the disappointment. I probably get zapped but its just my frank opinion!
