AC is safe, just be aware that you're in third world country. Don't make friends with natives and don't fall in love with Filipinas. If you don't have too much experience, timid or not hardened in life, you should only visit AC with your friends, don't come by yourself!

I have money but I always dress poor in Angeles to be safe! Always cruise around the city like you're a tough and no nonsense guy! Only make friends with foreigners! One of the best to make friends is at
Kokomo restaurant counter.
