Fix appointment by SMS and she replied OK and direct me to 3rd floor of building in Upper BT.
When reached the shop exactly on agreed time, found its a closed real estate agency!
Knew something was not right and left and 5 minutes later she called to ask me to go back and said she'll wait for me outside shop.
Went back to the shop and she was not there so left again and she again called back to say she is servicing someone and asked me to wait .
Told her no deal. Advert claim she's local and Multilingual (Chinese, English) but she was unable to speak English on the phone and sounded like a PRC.
Brothers try at your own risk.
