I dont fix myself to one type of bargaining technique tho.

During bargaining I always bring out a comparison...and what I did was, "i come to this MP before,the girls gave me xx price" ,"next door MP and xxx MP also give this price" etc etc...or "i 1st time come Batam,my friend tells me 100k hj and 200k fj...",hehehe...the whole conversation is entirely up to your comfortability and character. There are other techniques of course,just find one that best suit you as everyone is different.

I constantly keep them on their toes in my every trip but they do at times have the tendency to chop my friends when I am not around.

Let me repeat again,most taxi drivers in batam were some of the least reliable people in Batam.

But they 1st have to learn how/where to "fish" in a different water. Every men has a "Rod" and he may even be very good with it but not every rod is suitable for every water. Eg, a "Rod" suitable to catch fishes in "China Sea" may not be suitable to catch fishes in Barelang.

My group trips were still around and has not stopped,just not so much for newbies in this forum. I have 'grown' in my batam expedition over time,and i also need to be fed more "nutritiously better knowledge" too. Just like one cannot forever be studying in Kindergarden/Pre-school and dont progress thereafter.
