I think once you query..
they will treat you as carot.
Usually I will use the trick of pay and "run"
1. Prepare. exact amount
2. Board with some pino and KEEP quite
3. ALIGHT some distance after destination.
4. Pay and walk against the traffic without looking back.
BUt this apply only under the following conditions
1. THEY don't do pre-collection
2. YOU travel light.
