And the other, which I think is more of the case - got the newbies who honestly want to contribute, but unfortunately they lack certain standards.
Probably either they haven't seen enuff to know what's an 8-pointer, for example - or too kind in giving points.
That being said, you should align your own taste to those whose FRs suit you.
