I don't think it's the idea from the OKT as most FLs operate independently nowadays.
I have asked some FLs and knowing it's been the convention that the costumers gotta go once the deed is done. Of course, the convention was probably started up by the girls and most bros just accept it without much questions.
Who doesn't like quick money, anyhow?
Still there are some FLs who are willing to spend one whole hour with the costumer but this is very rare.
So, that's what happening now. Nothing much we can do, just take it... or I'm afraid you gotta leave it.
