Frankly, I would not see the point in sharing such numbers. One thing is a girl on wechat, who is virtually available for anyone calls in, another is a lady who likes to receive money but actually is flirting with someone she likes, met in a pub or in a mall. The fact that a girl likes you does not mean she would also like me.
I would be delighted, actually, should a girl send me a message saying "Hey I loved to have sex with you! I said everything to my friends and they also want to try you! Can I give them your number??", but girls have a different mind as men...
