Is it legal for the WL to post ads online?
I know there are quite a number of websites for freelancer, but I never see any Geylang legal WL advertise anywhere... Even FRs do not have their photos inside. So is there any policy that they cannot post ads for themselves?
The reason I ask is that I want to help my favorite girl to get more business...
