Not even if you pay it's guaranteed. They might just try to scam some money, undress a bit, then do nothing laughing behind you. It happened to me once, to have hard time to kick out of the room a couple of girls, once my "alarm bell" rang. It costed me 200k anyway to lure them out of the room without making noise.
Lots of sharks out there. We need to be extremely careful and considered.

Advice for everyone:
1) avoid paying obat to girls who ask you up front right after meeting you in disco: it will lead nowhere, not certainly to bonking
2) never bring to your room 1 or 2 girls under the effect of obat. In the best case, they will sleep like pigs and leave in the morning without doing nothing.
I brought to my room several couples of girls from Newton, but always with extreme care, long time spent trying to understand the type of persons, also at the food court, and never when they asked me to buy obat.
Needless to say, some times I bonked one while other pretending to sleep at my other side, but genuine 3somes are very rare.
