Bro, that is not too bad.
At least you get to bonk. Hotel room of $20 is only for 2 hours. Once, I waited for more than an hour before a really different CMI WL turned up.
Reject it on the spot. Good thing is that she never ask for any taxi fare or compensation for coming up. Wasted $20 and all the time waiting.
