Yes - LOTS of Photo-shopping on just about all the pictures.
But it's no big deal to just refuse any girl if she's not what you want - these girls AND their pimps are very used to this and in fact, the girls are trained to always ask "OK?" when you walk in to the room before proceeding.
The DB pages with videos are better as not so easy to P/S videos.
