See,sometime doing at least something within own strength is better than making lots of noise without a solution...lol. If i am you,i wouldnt give my acct number to them plying that it is personal. Instead i will let them know my next Batam arriving date to see if they could do anything (but not holding high hope) then. Anyway,i believe you already know what you wish to do.
