Tiban, Sekupang still have many houses (not competed) selling range from 100M-300M.. Choosing a good foreman in Batam is hard as many tend to be lazy and drag to negotiate for further payment on top of the agreed price.
BTW, those houses behind Sushi Tei are WOW in Batam term. One of them belonged to one of the Judge in Batam
