Dear Bro BM,
Yes of course finding time for such ECA is important. For myself, my wife is used to me being out late from Mondays to Fridays. There are all sorts of excuses that can be used. Entertainments with clients, drinking session with friends, networking session with business associates etc. However, remember to keep weekends solely for the family.
