What i know is Sekupang,KTM Resort area as they are closer to Sillypore.Check the map below :
On the map,you will see that Nongsapura and Sekupang being closest to Sillypore.
When it comes to phone reception,there wont be a definition as signal itself is not a stable thing to be defined,especially when it is across a country. Closest i could get with a Sillypore ring tone is KTM Resort at Sekupang area during 2014. But i dont know which room you should get as i dont know even if you know the room or area to stay,will you be able to reserve a room cos these are constantly being booked by....err....gambling bookies from Sillypore?

Hmm...i think it is not wise to comment much on this part. But a small suggestion here,since they already moved from beside indah2 to beside Cityview Hotel,what you may wish to try is...in future go there show your face,go in take a look but dont book girls. Allow yourself to get used to it and at the same time allow the 2 guys to get used to your face.
