Yes,thank you for the reminder.I will always check with the customer service before purchasing the insurance for situation like this. My last insurance claim i got was from Japan,Tokyo...where my luggage went missing in the airport for more than 12 hours at the Airport's arrival hall .When i return back to Sillypore,the insurance company pays me S$1k (1.5 month later). Then there was another time also in Japan too,when it is snowing and the flight got delayed for more than 24 hours due to runway too slippery (and heavy snowing),i also get to claim about S$2k (Japan Hotel room per night and taxi fare not cheap).
