Wen u go money changer opp formosa,don't go one shop ask price only. Mus go at lest 3 shps asking rate first,then chosey the best shp with best rate. No beter or best money changer shp in btm. Got many shps,so mus always ask few shps.
Uncle will chose the shps with ugliest girl inside to change money bcs ugly girl shp don't wan lose business to pretty girl shp. So uncle first will ask pretty girl shp first & talk talk there,then go ugly girl shp,the price will be better.
