Lol, that's Tea Story, a bubble tea cafe... Not unusual for prices to be somewhat cheaper..

Take into context Singapore... A can of beer probably costs $4-$5 bucks in a coffeeshop... The same can of beer will cost 3 times more in a nightspot..

Same logic in batam...
