The weaken of the rupiah should be short term according to news. Hopefully cost of living wont suddenly shoot up,otherwise really hard to see prices comes down again.
Life will also be harder for the indos too.

Bad point is location. At current climate, taxi fare to Nagoya will cost maybe 70k or thereabout.

S$70 is too expensive for me. I just checked the online price, its S$80 plus...lol.
My hotel stay is actually free, bro. But my entitlement is only S$50/per night stay...so unless i top up the difference which i dont often wish to do. As for bath tub, they were my favorite... i kind of enjoy soaking myself inside for an hour at times, better still if my girl can join me in it,hehehe...

Agree with you on this part as i do not compare prices of food with sillypore but more on another 3rd world country,eg. Malaysia.Comparing with Sillypore makes nearly everything cheaper in Batam. Its the only way one can compare apple to apple on a fairer scale. Well, unless you start eating what their locals eat, otherwise nothing much in Batam is really onto extremely value for money kind.

Wait till you booked from Kaha ,it will be a little cheaper. You are likely to be in a non-smoking room,as most non-smoking room has relatively weaker wifi connection. Try a smoking room in future if you dont mind ,even if you dont smoke and/or request the receptionist to give you a room with a stronger wifi connection for future stay.

You remind me of my 1st 2-3 trips when i was in Batam...lol...5 shots,6 shots...all of it are possible. But dont always hold such high hope, cos if one day the girl dont give you more than 3 shots, you may feel very disappointed. There is always massage shop around,in-room massage etc. Or reading from some Batam's experience from another angle, who knows on your next trip, you will be "rape" by your chosen girl non-stop whole night long with no sleep...lol.

Everytime i have a good trip,i will have high expectation that my next trip will be an even better one. And end up at most time,i become disappointed and i begin to realize that it was becos i bear too high a hope. During then, I even looked forward to my coming trip after a good previous, and much often it ends up not-so-fantastic...lol.
So now, i stay low in expectation, humble in both action and words, and lastly, just be a nice guy.

A better way is to make a fuss at the PAPI, and say we will spread on internet if nothing is being done. That will serve as a warning, since they not that literate, but knows the power of internet since it is a hype in 3rd world country.
As usual, it is personal responsibility.

Thank you for your reply. Thank you even more for your knowledge sharing. It has helped me to better understand the papi/mami/supir's behavior and that i wasnt hitting the wrong direction during my communication with them.
Cheers!
