Just because INA is a Muslim country does not mean the Ghost Month is celebrated only for 15 days there. The hell gate does not close on the 15th day. It will remain open until the last day of the month. However, there are some naughty ghosts who will go AWOL and dun return on the last day that's why in some temples you will see the twin Black & White guardians on prayer duty even after the Ghost Month. Some other temples will offer prayer to Bullhead & Horseface instead of the Black/White twins.
