I personally feel that one should never find actions in Kabukicho.

That place is dangerous, aside from all the touting, known scams, drink spiking, black shop, fake girls (non-Japanese) etcetc.

Unless, you just want to try it once, but do be aware Kabukicho is easily the most dangerous place in Japan (after 18:00PM), if you been there once you will feel it, from those annoying touting..

Oh, and if you travel to Tobita Shinchi, please be aware that it has one of the largest homeless population in that region (Kamagasaki), travel light when going to this areas (probably is fine but why take the chance if you traveling abroad).
