These US personnel are in Fort Magsaysay which is very far further up north from Manila. For them to come down to AC will be like having to be on the road for 5 hours each way.
The soldiers from Clark are the Philippine Armed Forces own personnel from the 710th SpecOps Wing. These are pinoys and they do not patronise the bars in fields or perimeter. They have their own drinking holes down in San Fernando.
