Reading the article from the link given,i actually don't blame so much on the hotel staffs,but more on Kaha for their failure to perform their job to fax over the customer's order to the hotel in the 1st place,tho that doesn't mean the hotel staffs is right.They could have handle the situation better. And given the attitude of the author in the article,i find he seems destined not be able to have a good time from the very start of his trip. I always believe good service works both way ,which at most time consist of a good customer and a happy service-person.
