...hehehe...there is no such "card"...just a term to say if you get set-up in an extortion scam, you will have to to pay the cops for letting you out of jail.
It all boils down to "luck'...if you happen to be in the wrong place and at the wrong time, then, as they say, your goose is cooked!....cough up the money, forget whatever you have in you room and quietly go home. Facts and risk of chonging in someone else's ground..........BUT, happily, it doesn't happen often...just be prepared for that eventuality and enjoy yourself and the girls
