Either you are a very important high flyer or you must have offended your boss. I used to do that to my staffs that do not perform and always idling. I will throw them to Mumbai and very soon they will sent me SMS or emails tendering their resignation from there. In this way, I no need to be the bad guy to sack people and no need to pay compensation for sacking.
