I got to know quite a number of girls from china. Nowadays china is emerging as the 2nd largest economy super power in the world. Those girls from china I knew are mostly scholars graduates or PhD from local universities, they are very nice girls. But I still do have a feeling in my heart, I am worried of the future, whether we can click in the long run, so I don't know whether should continue with them. p/s: my nationality is malaysian so I am worried that they can't get a malaysian citizenship forever.:( Perhaps Singaporean counterparts don't have the worry as chinese are most welcomed here.

Given your train of thoughs with first emphasis on china being the 2nd largest economy (and btw will become 1st within our life time), you are thinking more with your big head than your heart. Especially the concern about being able to click with these ladies whom I think you should/are already in some sort of r/s now right?

If in a courtship phase with lovey dovy feeling and such, wanting her for the "right" reason, there won't be question about clicking nor even concern about what world she comes from.

The sequence just seems mixed up from my pov.

Anyway, If one of the attraction is the economics side of things, you can change YOUR citizenship to the eventual super power once you marry her isn't it?

The reason I mentioned that, because the image of china has improved a lot in malaysia thru the emerge of its economy, not sure in singapore. Last time all the people around me, when they heard about chinese girls, the first impression they got is whore or try to cheat your money, they tend to worry about that when ones marry a china girl. Maybe some people impression on china is still what 10-20 years ago. But actually we all knew that it is not the case today, only somehow in some people's mind, we still feel "something", maybe thats due to history.:o:o:o

Any university got a lot of 太子党 one? :D If u can get the daughter of any chinese high level officials then huat liao .

Actually a lot of them told me that, they give up seat in local china U even it is the highest ranked Beijing university, just bcos they got scholarship in nus singapore, in China they have slight advantage if grad from prestige overseas U or have working experience overseas, so called "hai gui"（海归）。

TS, you ask so many things and are worried about so many things also. But first question that comes to my mind is whether you are even in a relationship with any of the China gals you claim to know.

If you are not even in a relationship with them now, then all your questions are pointless in my opinion.
