it means sealing off the sperm ducts. after having it you'll never be able to COB, CIM, COF, or have kids. :D

Erm wait i tot sealing off the sperm ducts no sperm only. The sperms only make up a small portion of our cum?? so basically you still can COB, CIM, COF, but confirm cannot have kids :D
