have anyone tried visiting TCM to help with ED issues. I visited a doctor and consulted him. He prescribed me cialis and convince me to get a vaccum therapy device that cost approx 800 ish but idk if got use anot. He asked me to take the cialis daily and use the device to help strengthen my penis muscle as erection uses 3 muscles. therefore i wanna see if anyone tried TCM before and achieved desirable results

can end up having tolerance for cialis and need stronger dose to work

Here's my "prescription" :

1. Regular exercise including at least one HIIT session per week.

2. Eliminate sugar from your diet. There are many hidden sources but the less you take the better.

3. Increase the consumption of food that dilates blood vessels eg Kale, Spinach, Beetroot etc. If you want to add a supplement try L-citrulline.

4. Stop wanking to porn.

5. Quit smoking/cut down on alcohol.

ED medication should be the last port of call.

Good to check his age and health condition first. What if he is 70? HIIT is not recommended for older people who may have undiagnosed heart blockages

Talking about hidden sugar. Given you don't live in SG, all drinks sold in supermarkets are graded A to D for sugar content. Shocking to know that Kopi O Kosong (black coffee without sugar) is rated B for sugar content. I think the sugar comes from the roasting of the beans. Hidden sugar

The most common source of hidden sugar in SG comes not from drinks but from local dishes eg Mee Siam, Mee Rubus etc. The gravy is absolutely loaded with the stuff.

HIIT is a good indication of ones state of health. If he keels over and dies then it solves all problems in one fell swoop. :D

thank you guys for all comments. Im only 23 hahahah. Recently did tests and all results are fine too just overweight but now im exercising and working on my weight

Is JG considered TCM in a way ? No ED issue but mainly on lasting longer.

Met a ML who told me she worked in China in hospital providing JG treatment. I was quite surprised she said hospital. She said it wasn't sexual and no ejaculation is allowed. In fact many of her patients will bring their wives along. Wife will see how JG is done and learn how to do basic massage of the penis at home.

Proper JG is no release for 24 hours. Avoid cold drinks and sleeping in air con room
