I think the nominees for Greatest Of All Time are:

If you wanna talk, should be this the big daddy pervert Roger Ong, a Malaysian doing erotic and nude shoots in Singapore currently (albeit it's illegal for a foreigner to do so without a permit).

Recently few of the models he invited was questioned by the immigration.

But the greater evil should be Roger aka Cruiser's Photography (can google or get into Facebook and find his current events). He should be reported and banned for good.

I have been trying to warn the models and photographers for a long time that this person is not
trustworthy and he is making use of models for his covert intentions to earn and manipulate.
Roger is from Malaysia, but he is travelling to Singapore to squeeze money from Singapore photographers.
For your info, this itself is illegal to do. And Rogers confession ie: asked girls not to dress skimpy,
booking their own flights to avoid detection, etc can be used by immigration and police to further prove he has
every intention to smuggle and deceive Singapore authorities. See his facebook, you will find what this devious rat wrote.
And shortchanging models, asking for sleazy requests and he is purely manipulative and a person with no
