I read todays paper Arsenal May end up not signing any players. With man utd going for Zaha, and Arsenal not going to pay 52 million buy out for Napoli striker Carvini, so Arsenal may end up not signing any players.

This is what Wenger has been doing during every transfer period. At the start he will say he is in the market... and at the end he will say there isnt any quality player on right price... and will say his current squad is full of quality... all returning injured players are like new signing... this time Walcott extension is like new signing.

Arsenal owners do not want to spend until thier debt for stadium is fully paid. Thus, wenger cant do anything. If it was Wenger's fault then owners would have sacked him long time ago.

Bro , i don't think so , Arsene wenger has budget of $50 million pounds, but every season on and on , he keep signing fingering players, not world class players like David siliva, he is making excuse year after year..

He is really a professional football accountant , every year talks about budget.

Last evening I bought 5:1 in People Park 4D booth when I saw the odds fell from 55 to 35. I won some money :D tonight I am going to return money to my singer who is working in 倾城 GS Pub in Mosque Street.

See I have the luck my singer lent me $1000 for my living allowance before collecting my commission. Immediately my soccer betting won money :D

Finally Rosicky opened his accounts for this season.
Can see a more confident team effort despite several gk errors and a glaring ramsey miss.
Lady luck eluded valiant WBA efforts for an equaliser, sweat man... huge relief in the end :)
Hope the BFG won't be missed too much via suspension.

Up the Arse !!!

Amid speculation of countless reported big money moves Arsene Wenger has now set his sights on highly rated Spanish Under 21 international Asier Illarremendi but unfortunately the midfielder’s Real Sociedad employers are looking to garner as much as £25m from his sale according to the Marca.

The 23 year old midfielder played a pivotal role in Spain’s European Under 21 Championship success this month and has subsequently found himself the object of attention.

Barcelona and Real Madrid are also said to be keen on the holding midfielder who helped his side secure a first Champions League berth in over a decade, making 32 La Liga starts in 2012/13, collecting 11 yellow cards in the process.

Talk of Arsenal’s interest led to the Basque side pointing out they would not accept anything less than Illarremendi’s €30m (£25m) release clause and that may well rule Wenger out of the race.

Whilst there is perhaps a decent chance of the North London club smashing their club record signing fee to bring in a proven striker like Gonzalo Higuain it seems next to impossible to believe the Gunners boss would pay such a fee for a defensively minded midfielder, even though Arsenal could well do with just such a player.

Wenger hasn’t replaced Alex Song and Mikel Arteta has been forced to do a lot of dirty work in the centre of the midfield and with Abou Diaby once again out with a long term injury a move to bring in some extra steel to protect the likes of Jack Wilshere and Santi Cazorla makes sense but can perhaps be resolved by signing a player at half Illarramedi’s asking price.

Arsenal same old stories,, i doubt players like Ronney ,Suraez will move to Arsenal.. I predict another disappointing season for Arsenal...

If I were the chairman , i give Wenger 3 years , he must deliver to bring in the premier league title... or else he have to go...

Wantaway Liverpool man Luis Suarez wants his future to be resolved within the next 48 hours, after Arsenal saw their £40,000,001 bid snubbed by the Reds.

The £40million+1 turned out to be a clause in the player’s contract, which said that the player had to be notified if there was an offer over £40million offered, yet Liverpool are still not inclined to sell their star man.

Liverpool are “surprised” to hear that Suarez wants a move to another English club, after he told Brendan Rodgers that he “still likes Liverpool” but “wants to play in the Champions League”.

With Arsenal the only club showing interest in the controversial character, and fulfilling the Champions League criteria, they remain in pole position to land the player.

Suarez looks to be last-chance-saloon for the Gunners as long-term target Gonzalo Higuian signed for Napoli. Higuain had been painfully close to an Arsenal move in recent weeks, even stalling on the Napoli offer to wait for an English counter-offer.
