Does BOC CC have any waiver on the withdrawal charges?.
Is ABNamro switch the only CC that waive on the transaction fee?

i'm pretty sure if u use CC (any banks) to withdraw cash at atm machine ...
there will be a one time transcation fee + interest on top of the "loan" amount u withdraw ...

roger, i guess best choice is still change your $$$ in SGD to rmb locally.
After all, with all the charges incurred using CC does not gurantee you would not get counterfeit rmb from the old old ATM.

Why can't they do a better job on detection ?
Or is it, the rmb notes is so easy to produce that they cannot differentiate ?

I got full collection of RMB counterfeit notes range from $5,$10,$20,$50,$100...all are given by my PRC frds....:)

The 2 Singaporeans who cheong with me in Nov learnt a lot from me, especially the chap who's a NUSAF staff who's damn 'green' out there

so far, i believe switch card is the only card that does not charge a fee, check out their website : RBS - The Royal Bank of Scotland

interest is sure mah, but u can arrange to transfer it to other banks n u pay less interest

however, not all of us like cash king so rich can pay cash mah :p
